One on One Nursing
Unlike a hospital environment, the home health nurse working environment is the patient's home. As a central care provider, you will serve as the liaisons between patient, agency and other health care workers, such as physicians and hospital staff. Depending on your expertise, you will administer medications, monitor and instruct patients and their families on their treatment plans.
